Birth Boot Camp Instructor

 

Born and raised in Colorado, I love getting outside and enjoying all that our state has to offer. I 

 

have three amazing children who were all delivered naturally; I had my son at the hospital and 

 

my two daughters at home. I loved being pregnant and knowing that I could trust my body to 

 

birth my babies just as it was designed to do. After my son was born I began looking into natural 

 

birth because I had received so many comments on how amazing it was that such a young 

 

mom had given birth naturally. It had never occurred to me how much of a feat some thought 

 

this to be. I love sharing my knowledge with other mamas (and dads too) as they go through this 

 

amazing part of their lives and plan the birth experience they desire. This is what led me to 

 

becoming a Birth Boot Camp instructor.  I am currently in school with hopes of eventually 

 

practicing somewhere within labor & delivery, exactly where I haven’t yet decided. I believe that 

 

every woman deserves to have the birth experience she desires and I look forward to educating 

 

couples on how to do that. Can't wait to see you in class!
